Vehicle Into Pole - Lexington Park

4-02 Box, 09:58 - Squad 4 was dispatched to the area of 18161 Three Notch Road for the reported vehicle into a pole. Additional information was transmitted to incoming units that the driver was unconscious with the accelerator of the vehicle stuck open. Squad 4 arrived on location and advised the subject was alert and the vehicle's ignition is off. Crews from Squad 4 and Engine 141 assisted EMS with patient care and packaged the victim to be transported in the ambulance (A-139). Crews from Engine 43 secured the vehicle. It was determined by EMS on the scene that the patient needed to be transported to a trauma center.
Engine 43 set up a landing site at the American Legion in Ridge, MD for Trooper 7 to transport the victim to PG General.

Mutual Aid: Engine 141, ALS 1, Trooper 7, Co.39 and Ambulance 139.
